Pilates on Reformer

Reformer Starter

A basic introductory class that aims at teaching you the fundamental movements and principles for each movement method. Also can be a class for seasoned practitioners to practice foundation – simple exercises can be challenging too!

You are highly recommended to complete at least 8 starter classes before progressing to Reformer 1.

Reformer 1

Reformer 1 is a beginner level class. This class will help you improve core strength, mobility, daily function and prevent injuries. You will learn how to train the deep abdominal muscles to support the spine through Pilates movement. Exercises are done on the Pilates Reformer and also using complementary props.

You are highly recommended to complete at least 8 Reformer 1 classes before progressing to Reformer 2.

Reformer 2

Reformer 2 is an intermediate level class. This class will help you improve core strength, mobility, daily function and prevent injuries. You will learn how to train the deep abdominal muscles to support the spine through Pilates movement. Exercises are done on the Pilates Reformer and also using complementary props.

You are highly recommended to complete at least 8 Reformer 2 classes before progressing to Reformer 3.

Reformer 3

Reformer 3 is an advanced level class. This class will help you improve core strength, mobility, daily function and prevent injuries. This class trains muscular strength and endurance, and is an advanced class suitable for practitioners with adequate experience. Exercises are done on the Pilates Reformer and also using complementary props.

Prenatal Pilates on Reformer

This Pilates class is for expecting mummies! Strengthen the important muscles to get through your pregnancy and labour smoothly, and cope with bodily and weight changes during pregnancy.

Postnatal Pilates on Reformer

This Pilates class is specifically for new mums. It helps to connect with the pelvic floor and deep muscles of the core safely after birth. You will learn to enhance pelvic stability, improve post-natal conditions such as diastasis recti or urinary incontinence, as well as general strength conditioning. Also suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about deep core engagement.

Pilates Mat

Our Pilates Mat class utilises Joseph Pilates’ original mat exercises with more preparations and modifications. We use props at times including rings, bands, rollers and the stretch band, to either assist with the move or increase its intensity.

Pilates on MOTR®

MOTR® combines the comfort of a foam roller with the challenge of three weight resistances, giving you an incredible diverse workout. Complement your Pilates mat workout with MOTR® for better movement and greater fitness outcomes.

GYROTONIC®

GYROTONIC® Starter

Using GYROTONIC® methods and principles, this class is a foundation class that teaches you the basics of a GYROTONIC® class. Over time, you will gain a deeper awareness of how your body moves and how to align your body to move better. This workout uses the GYROTONIC® Expansion System to build strong and lean muscles, using a variety of exercises that will challenge your agility, flexibility and coordination.

You are highly recommended to complete at least 8 GYROTONIC® Starter classes before progressing to GYROTONIC® 1 class.

GYROTONIC® 1

This is a beginner level class using GYROTONIC® methods and principles, that allows you to gain a deeper awareness of how your body moves and how to align your body to move better. This workout uses the GYROTONIC® Expansion System to build strong, lean muscles, using a variety of exercises that will challenge your agility, flexibility and coordination.

You are highly recommended to complete at least 8 GYROTONIC® 1 classes before progressing to GYROTONIC® 2 class.

GYROTONIC® 2

This is an intermediate level class using GYROTONIC® methods and principles,  that allows you to gain a deeper awareness of how your body moves and how to align your body to move better. This workout uses the GYROTONIC® Expansion System to build strong, lean muscles, using a variety of exercises that will challenge your agility, flexibility and coordination.

GYROKINESIS®

Stretch and strengthen your entire body through a series of circular and spiral movements. The class is based on the GYROKINESIS® method and is a workout that combines dance, taichi, yoga and gymnastics.

Discover how to increase the functional capacity of your spine through various mat and seated exercises that you can do daily at work or at home. These movements will improve your blood circulation, develop functional strength and greater range of motion.

H.I.I.T

High Intensity Interval Training. Bursts of hard work, recovery and repeat – this class is a full body workout. We work on your fundamentals, focusing on your form, and you will also be challenged to push your body with the build-up of exercises.

H.I.I.T on Zoom
